Find our beautifully located place in paradise: Playa Encuentro!, the famous surfers beach at the amazingly beautiful north coast of the Dominican Republic, just 20 minutes away from the International Airport Puerto Plata. Perfect waves, crystal clear water and a wonderful tropical landscape. Encuentro is just outside of Cabarete, a small surfers-town with perfect conditions for kite-surfing. Lots of comfortable beach-bars invite you to relax and dream about a perfect day in the evening sun.
Our cosy surf-hotel in the middle of this paradise will open October, 1st 2011. Caribbean apartments are waiting for you, equipped with your own kitchen and bathroom. Kingtide Surflodge is a perfect place for surfers, kite-surfers or individual travelers in search of adventure, action and relaxation.
Each morning you'll be served a delicious, sportive breakfast buffet and twice a week we arrange relaxing barbeques with the best "surf & turf". Our pool bar will serve you snacks and drinks throughout the day, while you relax in a hammock at our hotel pool or in the middle of the palm trees in our tropical garden.
Fun and action are part of this experience, great excursions can be arranged anytime. Each week you can experience our legendary Lodge-Contest and win great stuff while having lots of fun in different disciplines like table-tennis, dart, limbo and many more.
